Customer Referral Reward

At Soft Claws we believe the most significant measurement of a customer's satisfaction is when they recommend us to a friend, family member, or business colleague. This is clearly the ultimate testimony of a customer's confidence and trust in us. To show our appreciation, we would like to reward our customers for rewarding us. To this end, we have established a very attractive program that will reward you for your confidence in us and your willingness to refer us to others.

How It Works

For every customer you refer to us that places an order, you will receive a $5 cash back. There is no limit on the referrals you can make.

Getting credit for a referral is simple, too. All you have to do is make sure that the referral customer provides us with your full name and email address at the time they place their order. Please ask your referral customer to put the information in the comments box during their check out so that we can provide your cheque.

Terms and Conditions

1. To qualify for the Customer Referral Reward you have to be an established customer who has placed at least one (1) order with us in the past.

2. New or existing customers are not eligible for referral credits when referring themselves.

3. Referral customer must provide us with the name and email address of the person who referred them at the time of check out. We will not accept a referral after the order has been placed.

4. Each referral made will have a separate email that will be sent to you. In that email we will provide you with a dedicated coupon code that will be used for each referral. You can accrue as many referrals with no limits.
